Our safe drive roller shutters are our general-purpose roller shutter doors, suitable for use in a wide range of industries and applications, from garages to warehouses and agricultural units.

Whether you need a security door, fire-resisting door or access doors, NGF’s safe drive roller shutters are the perfect solution for any size of unit or store. You’ll find a range of roller shutters designed for specific uses, like fire safety, commercial properties, and compact storage, in our wider product range – but our safe drive roller shutters will still give you unbeatable security, reliability and quality.

Our shutters are constructed from the finest quality materials, ensuring high reliability. Tailor-made to your needs, and with a full range of extras on offer, your doors can also be finished with a polyester powder coating to any standard BS or Ral colour, or perforated, punched and glazed and plastisol coatings for that special finish.

  • 20 swg 3″ galvanised scrolled lath curtain as standard.
  • 18 swg 3″ galvanised scrolled lath curtain for doors above six metres wide, in an exposed area, or needing extra security
  • 65mm deep pre-galvanised steel guide channels as standard
  • 95mm deep pre-galvanised steel windlug channels for larger doors
  • Galvanised guide angles and bottom rail

Safe drive roller shutters are easy to operate, and come with a few options:

  • Powered by a 415v phase safe drive GFA motor
  • Operated by remote control as standard
  • Can be made automatic by an induction loop or photocell if required
  • Emergency hand chain opening included in case of power failure
